RDM Management provides property management services for our clients as part of our turnkey service from marketing to maintenance, legal to leasing, and rent collection to reporting.
Our services include:
Oversee the day to day management of commercial and residential properties.
Manage the common property of condominium associations.
Handle the financial operations of the property which includes the payment of mortgages, taxes, insurance, payroll, and maintenance bills.
Negotiate contracts for construction, maintenance, security, garbage removal and grounds keeping services.
Process the rental of available units. Show units to prospective tenants, collect and review applications, check applicants' credit and verify employment.
Attend condominium board meetings to solve legal and environmental issues that may arise and to resolve disputes between neighbors.
Handle emergencies that may occur round the clock.
Periodically report to the property owners as to the status of their property.
